  1. Oh I love a good fitness challenge! Planks are my weakest fitness activity. For most other exercises, I will just push through, but for whatever reason planks give me so much trouble and I just give up. I love that you’re inspiring others 🙂

  2. I’ve always aspired to do one of these challenges… I may not be able to do the increments each day, but maybe if I just keep it consistent in doing planks daily that will work!

  3. Not my thing but my daughter loves it and won a competition in her city! She’s worked so hard to get where she is! She’s running a half marathon this weekend. We are going to cheer her on to achieving this goal, too!

  4. Great idea for a challenge. I’ve done many plank challenges and I’ve always been successful at completing them. That’s not always the case with other challenges.

  5. Great idea for a challenge! I like that it’s just focused on perfecting one move instead of being super complicated. I’ll be giving this one a try!

  6. This is an interesting challenge. I’m sure it would be hard, but I’m motivated to get a little more fit by May 1. Let’s see if this will work (it also means giving up my favorite thing: tortilla chips).

  8. It was a plank challenge that helped me get started on a fitness routine. But now I am totally off again. These challenges are awesome to keep us focused, and easy enough to follow along.
